I can't speak to this with certainty, but I believe that pretty much all of John Hurt's songs are still protected by copyright and the publishing is owned by Wynnewood Music (which also has the publishing on Robert Wilkins and Skip James). I do not know the situation with any of the other artists' songs. Good luck with this.
