Mountain Jack Blues

I was reading in Wardlow's book Chasin that Devil Music about the song Mountain Jack Blues written by a pianist named Sid Harris and recorded on piano rolls in the late '20's, also recorded on 78 by Ma Rainey shortly thereafter. Anyone know if this is the same or influence for the Mountain Jack song by RG Davis? Also, is the Ma Rainy version on record/cd somewhere?
