There are a couple of similar verses, but other than that I'm not sure that I hear any remarkable similarities. Got RealPlayer? If so, judge for yourself:

Specifically, Mountain Jack Blues
If you have the Rev. Davis box set, the cut of Mountain Jack Blues has him singing a few verses (albeit without much enthusiasm) and remarking "I got the best of it from a piano player." It's pretty likely that he would have heard Ma Rainey at some point - he certainly seems to have adopted the lyric theme...
