Looking for a recording studio in/near the Delta

I am planning yet another Delta blues pilgrimage/vacation sometime this fall, and I would like to do some recording.
Can anyone recommend any commercial recording studios? I will be going through Memphis, and possibly as far south as Jackson, MS.
I recorded at Sun Studio in Memphis last year -- it went great, but I want to try someplace else this year.
I play acoustic blues, so I'd like to find a studio (and engineer) that is versed in blues, maybe even exclusively so. TIA.
