Whoa. Wait a minute. So, that would be the Country Cooking which I would have seen at, say, the Kosmos in Trumansburg, NY, in, maybe '69 or '70. Indeed, crossing paths with another Ithaca person without even knowing. I was there '69 to '80. Met another guy at camp, local Port Townsender, Dave, who spent time there in the '70s. His wife actually grew up in Ithaca and she and I spent some time reminiscing about freinds in common. the Res, the Royal Palms and such. I visit often. Much has changed. Much is still the same.
I look forward to picking up on these rereleases. And hearing you live again, soon.
All for now.

: Yes, I am the same guy. Your question is
: kind of timely--I just found out a couple
: of days ago that a Japanese label called
: VividSound has licensed my Blue Goose
: albums (and the JoAnn Kelly Blue Goose
: album) from Shanachie, who owns the Blue
: Goose catalog, and is releasing them all
: on CD, scheduled for 8/25/02. VividSound
: released my last two albums for Rounder on
: CD last year and have also licensed my
: first Rounder album, "Let's Go
: Riding", which is Country Blues and
: Old Time Music. All of the CDs should be
: available from Amazon.com or CDNow.com. I
: am happy that VividSound has undertaken
: this reissue project. All Best,
: John
