Posted by Mal Reid I'm hoping someone can help me. Many years ago I had a double album, which was a compilation of acoustic blues. I lent this to someone, who I lost contact with, and I never got it back. Something which has happened to me far too often. Anyway, there was a track on the album which I have never been able to find since. I would be very grateful if someone could tell me who performed it, or preferably I would like to know if it is obtainable on any currently available CD. I shall try to describe what I can remember of the track: First there are some chords on a guitar (maybe a 12 string?) and then there is laughter and a dialog as follows: What you laughing at Charlie? I cant remember what comes next, but further on, the dialog continues something like: My gal she quit too last night Further on it continues: Think Ill sing me a little blues Then there is singing. The lyrics are something like: Tell me tell me baby, honey whats the matter now I would be very grateful if anyone can identify this record. Thank you. Link: http://www.mal.reid.btinternet.co.uk
