Sounds good in theory, but finding that many folks that would be willing to put aside egos and personal differences would be hard to do. What happens when someone in the group doesn't like the finish or angle he is involved in? Group vote? And what if the whole thing divides the group?
This was one of the issues that killed WCW. Too many people in charge, too many people with veto power, too many people helping their friends and very few willing to just do their jobs.
In a perfect world, your suggestion would be exactly the way independent wrestling should work.
I'm afraid I'd have to stick to the old school way here, one promoter, one booker.
