I feel so bad about you feeling so 'worst'. Do not try to find meanings into any thing. What you are feeling is part of grief which doesnot leave us. It comes and it goes and it comes back again like a pendulum. sometimes we take the blow easily and other times it hits hard.
We are attached to our child and are desperate to have them back into our life and when we realise it cannot be possible. It numbs us, makes us 'worst'.
Experience your feelings, emotions, pain and let them pass away. Do not think about them for long and try to find what they relate to. Please do not hold on to the hurt, it'll hurt you more. We are suppose to bear it, endure it, hug it and let it go.
