William B Smith/Allen Co

am searching for any imformation on ggrandfather William B Smith ,lived in Iola (Allen Co.)he was married to Nannie M (Shackelford) Smith in Ray co Mo. 1883. They had a son Van A Smith, My grandfather.I understand they had property in Iola, Rich Hill Mo. and also Nevada Mo. William B was killed in a horse and buggy accident but have no idea when except Son was young at the time. I can not seem to find any imformation on them, any help is appreciated. grannyaction@aol.com
