I'd put Sydney somewhere between LA & San Francisco in terms of temperature. It's lovely, but keep those warm clothes that you use in Vegas in March. =) June and July will be the coldest time in Sydney, keep that in mind until summer pops up late September!
UNSW is a nice campus. I went to grad scool there and enjoyed it! See you here soon!
