Hi Becky. We moved here when my son was 3 1/2 months old. Our pediatrician in the US said we should wait to do the flight until he was 3 months old, to give him a bit more immunity to protect him on the flight with lots of people and their germs in close quarters.
Good luck with whatever you decide. It's a very long flight, especially with a baby on your lap.
