American or Australian school?

My daughter will be starting kindergarten next year. If we send her to an Aussie public school, it will be in January. If we send her to the American-Int'l school, it will be in July. All that aside, does anyone have any opinions or ideas on the pros and cons of American vs. Australian education? We will be in Australia 2-4 years and then will be relocating back the US. Thanks.
