Relocating Pet

I've seen previous messages regarding moving pets from the USA to Aus. I'd like to know if the companies mentioned (PetMove, JetPets,etc) also relocate pets from Sydney to USA (LAX) or do I need to use an australian company? If an aussie company is needed would anyone know of a reputable company with reasonable fees to relocate a small australian terrier 6.7 kg from Syd to LAX? Thanks in advance.
