Hi Kirk,
We like Seaforth and the northern beaches area. We wanted to live relatively close to the ocean, as we moved here from colorado and never had much chance to see water. I don't think I'd want to have to go between seaforth and kings park very often, though, as driving would take at least 1 hour on the best of days.
Some of the sale items are still available. I'll post an updated list shortly.
