Hi,
We are selling our townhouse in Roseville. It is in a brillant area- walk to a top public primary school(2 blocks), preschool and playground are across the road, walk to train/bus/local shops. It is 3 bedroom, 21/2 bath,reverse airconditioning, designer kitchen/bathrooms,large entertaining courtyard. There is a waitlist to get into the school if you do not live in the zone. Our townhouse is in the zone! The highway access is fantastic. We have lived here for 5 years but are selling because we now have baby #3.
I would be very happy to be able to sell it to another American family. If you are at all interested, I will send you photos and a floorplan.
