Moving to Sydney - Any Advice will be much appreciated

We are a family of five moving to Sydney. I will be working at the Rocks. We have a 4weeks serviced apartments that we will be living in when we arrive. With the little research that I have conducted, we are looking at probably getting a property within the hills district and its surrounding suburbs to rent (preferably Castle Hill, Pennant Hills, and cherrybrook). Any help would be much appreciated.
