Hi -
Of those three areas, I would pick Pennant Hills. It has a decent little centre and a TRAIN. If you live in Castle Hill you will be further out in the burbs and relying on a car and rising tolls to get anywhere. My husband grew up in Castle Hill when his 100 hear old house was surrounded by pastures. It is now house after house after house, many identical looking, surounded by roads and malls.
