My fiance is from Australia, I am American. He is coming back here in March for another visit. I have kids from previous marriage, there father is willing to let me take them out of country. What we wanna know, is how do we go about moving me and kids to Australia. Do we get married here then apply, do we get married there, do we apply here, do apply there, what kinda forms, what kinda fees, do we need attorneys, proof? anything is helpful and very appreciated... thanking you in advance
