Hi I am on a ETA business visa and am starting a Land surveying business in Australia. I came in the country and stayed for almost two months and then went home to California (where I own a Survey company) and stayed 10 days and then returned to Australia for 3 months and then went to Dubai for business and back to Australia. This is when I was stopped and integrated for 1 hour. They said even though the business visa alows you to come into the country for three months it is not ment to come in and out like I have. Does anyone no what I can do?
