I'm not a big NFL fan, but I follow MLB pretty closely and listen (watch in streaming video, even) on MLB.com. I just searched around and found "NFL Fieldpass", with the following information:

I've never tried the football version, but with a cable broadband connection the MLB games are pretty good quality (streaming almost live video), so I imagine that the NFL deal is the same.
