If one or more of your visitors currently own a TimeShare property - some timeshare companies have links to international timeshare properties. I have a friend who has a timeshare unit (in the US) and she gets a catalog of affiliated properties including international locations (the one in Sydney is located in Manly Beach); this year she is exchanging her week in Williamsburg, Va for a week in Orlando, Florida.
