Short term rental - Term 2

I will be spending my sabbatical in Sydney and would like to find a short term furnished rental home or apartment in the Inner North area, preferably in the Mosman High enrollment area as we are planning to place our older son there. We are hoping for a 3 BR place, from 25 April through 25 July, plus or minus a few days. I've been looking at the stayz.au and domain.au sites. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks.
