The top 10 things I wish I had known before I moved to Sydney

My husband and I (along with our 5 year old and 1 year old) will be moving to North Sydney in April and are in the process of going through our house to figure out what to 1) keep, 2) get rid of before we go, 3) buy before we go and 4) anticipate on buying when we get there. If any of you have advice on any of those that would be great.

If you want to throw in a few "I wish I had knowns" about housing, education, banking etc.. those would be fantastic too.
