Hello,
I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. My husband and I have a 457 visa now through his work. We want to get a permanent residence visa, or at least start working towards one (collecting paperwork and such). I checked online but am unable to find the proper information as to what we need exactly. Not sure if I'm looking in the right place or if it's a specific type of visa we need to get and I have come across the link. We've lived here for a year now on our temporary visa. I'm also employed but do not have my own 457 as my company does not sponsor people. Other than shifting though the internet I'm not sure where to start. Any information you might have would be helpful.
