Boston/Sydney house exchange

I'm visiting a relative going to Kensington College for the first two weeks in October 09. I have a great 1 bedroom condo in Boston and would love to find someone who could exchange a similiar home. I've posted on Craig's List and would love to find an expat who's dying to head home for the fall in New England. Any tips would be appreciated
