I am returning to the states (California) I have been on the North Shore for 7 years and I am happy to speak with you. Also, I am getting rid of the entire contents of my 2 bedroom flat. Most of the things, ie sofa, dinning room table, dishes, appliances , printer ....were purchased 1 year ago so they are in great condition.
