Hi Gregg,
We went home to the States for Christmas and
bought a prepaid cell phone at Walmart you can
also get them at Target for $7.50 and then you buy the minutes, as many or as few as you
need, and it is pretty reasonable, as long as
you don't spend hours at a time on the phone.
