Looking of a GP near Neutral Bay

Hi All, I live in Neutral Bay and am looking for a General Practitioner near by. I have medibank insurance and am not a permanent resident yet. Not sure how it will work over here, if I can go to any doctor I want or doesn't it need to be with in the medibank network. The insurance I have with medibank is the working visa insurance option. Any advice is welcome. Thanks so much. Lauren
