Barry Collins Butchers Cremorne. I had ordered brisket from my local butcher for a TX style bbq I was hosting. The butcher forgot to order it. Same night I randomly started talking to a stranger in the grocery store who turned out to be from Austin, TX. He gave me Barry's number - said he could do anything - had the best TBones in town. I ran over there and he cut the brisket fresh for me and he was able to cut pork butt for pulled pork.
