I'm going through another childhood/lifestyle change/adventure (pick one) in my life.
Translation, I want to move to Sydney, Australia.
However, how do I get started? I've talked with an Australian Immigration officer and he only knew about business visas. And bascially told me 'to marry an Ozzie'. Oh yes, big help.
Careerwise I've worn many hats: marketing and advertising, technical writing, desktop publishing, event planning, tour directing, and more. Some I'd go back to, others never. Currently, I'm a freelance writer and political cartoonist.
Can anyone out there contact me and help me get this whole process going? I'm aiming to move down by January of '10. Not a ton of time, but maybe enough.
