Hi All,

I am posting for my girlfriend.

If you live in Sydney and looking to find an apt that close to the city, you might want to check this out.

Location is in Lane Cove, Cooper St, The bus stop in front of the complex, express bus (252) to city/chatwood/north sydney.

Off street parking is available, and you might get a carpot too (gotta confirm w/ my gf).

Apt is semi-unfurnished 2 bedroom (2nd floor). I say semi because there is a washing machine in the bathroom.

Great complex and location, standing next to retirement village.

Short drive to Artamon station (5 mins or so) if you don't like to catch bus to the city.

Rent is $350 p/w.

Let me know if you're interested. Immediate occupancy.
