Hi, I am a regular user of chewing tobacco, have been for 4 years.
I had smoked for 35 years and had a PE in my lung.
Still found it very difficult to give up.
Then had a heart attack stopped smoking but was chewing nicorette. Started chewing tobacco and have not had a smoke since. Best thing I ever did as far as my lungs are concerned!
