Hi Paul,
I'm a 26 yr old American looking to move to a trendy part of Sydney. So far, all I've heard about the city has been great but your post of "bloody Yank" piqued my curiosity.
If you don't mind, how are the people and how did you find a job? I'm educated, athletic, and personable, so I wasn't anticipating much trouble there, as I could land any kind of job or even break out and fruit pick, which I wouldn't mind despite the horror stories I've heard about how difficult it is.
Any tips you have would be helpful. Best of luck down there.
