Hi there,
It really depends where you live in Sydney - perhaps post that. The city is so region-specific; if I had a babysitter in Dee Why it wouldn't help much if you're in the Inner West for example.
We've found babysitters at the local day-care centre who are willing to watch kids evenings/weekends. The going rate seems to be $18-20 an hour!
