I am trying to make contact with the United States War Veterans' Association of Sydney, of which Thomas Francis Buckley who died at his home at 4 Henry Street, Lidcombe, New South Wales, Australia on June 10, 1937 was a member, as well as another organization known as the "Not Under 70 Club". I am told his obituary stated he had been a drummer boy in the Union Army during the American Civil War; serving in the Massachusetts 11th Infantry and belonged to the United States War Veterans' Association of Sydney. Can you assist me in this in any way? I would like any information available on Buckley and the organizations and a copy of the obit.It would be greatly appreciated. jamesmgray@bigpond.com
