Not sure when I'll be in town again. Oddly, I speak to Jim Wilson practically every day - I mean we haven't been so close in years - via Skype. It's odd, isn't it? However, I do still dream of a certain crab curry we had in Songhkla and the eyes-agog marvellousness of Thailand. Must get it together.
