I suspect there are some leaders of Myanmar who are Pro-China, is turning Myanmar into dependent nation towards China. All these Centuries of Myanmar's history of "Independent nation" is finally gone now in this present time. The Prestige and Pride of Myanmar is seriously wounded internationally. The world sees Myanmar as a "Divided Nation", unpopular and infamous. I think one day, because of the present situation of Myanmar, Pro-American/Western Forces inside and outside of Myanmar will eventually prevail in the end. That's why China's leaders (including President Jiang Zemin) are very uneasy about this and visit Myanmar recently. It's just a matter of "Time". People may listen and do on what they are being told, but the likes and love of hearts and minds cannot be erase. There's a saying "You can win my body but you cannot win my heart". True?.
I see and hear SPDC's side of thoughts, actions, writings and doings for the country for 12 years. I've never seen the side of NLD's side of thoughts, actions, writings and doings for the country yet. How long does a country takes to change into Democratic ways?. 1 to 2 years?. 2 to 10 years?. 10 to 20 years?. 20 to 30 years?. 30 to 40 years or 40 to 100 years?.
Why is NLD side so silent?. Are they not allow to speak?. Are they not allow to act?. Are they not allow to write?. Are they not allow to do things that they wanted to do?. Finally, are they not even allow to think?.
