As it appears a breakthrough is near and after sanctions are lifted, what are the key priorities over the next few years that need to be addressed within the various sectors, e.g.
Trade
....
....
Health
...
...
Education
....
....
Tourism
....
....
Infrastructure
....
....
Etc.
This may be something that should be in the works now by the SPDC bureaucratics which can be reviewed and modified by any transitional government. Perhaps a Myanmar think tank needs to be established to address these issues and to pass them on to the government. Any thoughts here.
