He said, the Senate or Congress "MUST" pass "Trade Promotion Authority" Bill for the President to sign and make a Law. This Law will let President Bush to negotiate Foreign countries concerning trade deals directly. In other words: What a wise, intelligent and Brilliant Bush!.. Not only UM is showing signs of change for better, US is showing signs of change for better too. Cool very cool!. Sphere.

The Executive Branch (White House/State Department) has the RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE and Legislative Branch (House of Representatives/Congress) has the final approval and votes on the terms.
President Bush also declares, his Government is Please and Proud to provide aid (especially poor countries) in return those countries adopt habits that encourage open markets, freedom, peace and human rights.
I love this important and farsighted Trade policy of US that President Bush propose.
