My name is Chris Lapsley. I was born on the 8th of December, 1941. This reply to you is long past its useby... someone else, who knew my name, noticed your reply on the NZ Genealogy Message Board and finally passed it on to me just days ago wondering if I had seen it. I hadn't. (Because of my job, I haven't lived full time in New Zealand since 1975.) I had enquired, way back in '05, whether anyone had any information about a Lilian May Jackson, born in Dunsandel, and giving approximate dates.
So this is a very late reply to your e-mail.
I would like very much to communicate, by e-mail, as I am in Malaysia at the moment, and promise that it is nothing heavy, it is simply a hereditary querie and it has taken me about 40 years to get to this stage.
I really look forward to hearing from you....
