i am looking for relatives of david & esther adam who came out to nz in 1874 from scotland. they settled in the nelson area. their son william was 3 mths old. david's brother also came out with them at the age of 15. his name was adam leggat adam. david & esther then had several other children. james 1878,david 1876,agnes 1883,ada 1886,catherine 1888, & arthur 1890.arthur is my great great grandad & he married florence may blackmun. their son arthur david adam married dorothy violet cooper. her parents were reginald thomas cooper & violet ethal hampton. I am looking for information on reginalds parents who were thomas cooper born 1839 in devon england & eliza cordelia arnold born 1848 in christchurch nz. any help would be most appreciated. regards paula.
