Posted by Irene Taylor I am trying to find out any information on a Hannah Bridle. Hannah married a Gerard Sampson in Auckland in 1873. They were living at the Albert Barracks in Auckland and Gerard was a water policeman. In September 1874 Hannah gave birth to a daughter Jessie Mary. In October 1874 Hannah died. I would like to find out where Hannah is buried and what happened to Jessie Mary. Gerard went onto marry a Ann Swanson some years later and there has never been any mention of his daughter Jessie Mary. Hannah was working at a boarding house in Cobourg Street owned by the Russell family before her marriage and the Russell family were witnesses at her marriage. Any information on Hannah and Jessie would be very much appreciated. Irene
