If you mean the swell/pommel/front of the saddle, the D rings on my Circle Y saddle hold the breast collar too low so I made strap that goes over her neck to hold the breast collar above her shoulders.
If your post is describes your situation correctly, maybe you could include a picture to clarify what you're asking.
