I use a crop to feed the horses in the stalls. I am NOT going to get my fingers bit. It only takes a few times and they learn. I slap the bars and tell them to back off, as soon as I say back off they do and then I feed and when I close the feed door they come up to eat. I will not tolerate a horse who is rude.
