is it okay if someone is based in Pleasanton? That's not what I'd consider local (?) Or do realtors go well out of thier counties/areas?
Any opinion on what should be prioritized?
1. Expertise as a realtor
2. Expertise in "equestrian stuff"
I don't want to compromise on #1, just because someone is a horseperson.
