is you need a realtor who will research to make sure a property is truly "Horse" property. Too many times you get someone who thinks just because it's not in a subdivision - more than an acre, etc. think you can put horses on it, but a lot of times that is not true at all. So any well experienced realtor can offer you the same benefits as one who is a horse person in their spare time.
