Can he go to a trainer for a month?

This is exactly what the Charles Wilhelm way would fix... and he'd get it 24/7 there... by all who encounter him... and he'd learn the 'rules'. this is dangerous.... not just 'not cute', getting hit by a hoof is a distinctively agressive act... not just pissy attitude.
