JM - thanks for the feedback about your friend loving it in Hollister. We are hesitant to go that far, but you can get SO MUCH more there for SO MUCH less! I know the community your friend is in. Have our eyes on a nice home listed for sale. Do you think she'd mind talking to me? But I like the sounds of where you are
