I don't know of anyone in that area that I could recommend.
Even the realtor that sold our place for us in Tracy was not an equestrian property realtor. When we bought our property in Tracy in 1998 the realtor that represented us claimed she sold horse properties all the time but I found out she didn't know piddly squat about horses. We just muddled through that one with our knowledge. When we bought our home in Oregon I made sure that the realtor specialized in horse properties and nothing else.
