Hi, I have a small high end used saddle business on ebay. I wouldn't buy an english saddle for children less than a 15" because they outgrow them so quickly. Since the children at that age aren't jumping, the difference is not significant and you have many more options of higher quality saddles in a 15". Check out ebay for Collegiate Ian Millars, you can get them for under $500 sometimes and they are gorgeous kid's saddles. Much better than anything from Country Supply which will be like cardboard.
